Job OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health OT, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide therapy services to patients in their homes. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on self-care techniques.
This is a part-time position with a minimum expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week. You will be paid competitively, with rates ranging from $70 to $95 per visit, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive mileage and travel time reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and strategies
- CURRENT licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Arizona
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in home health preferred
