Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host to join our team at YOT Bar & Kitchen. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their dining journey.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression
* Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently, optimizing table seating and guest flow
* Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests to keep them informed
* Assist in coordinating with servers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

* A great attitude and work ethic
* Ability to learn service procedures
* Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
* This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
