Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Ambient Edge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • You will make outbound calls to service invoices and leads not sold in the field, working diligently to achieve department sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, convert lost opportunities into sales, and partner with sales teams to establish plans.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to re-engage with cold leads.
  • Develop personalized and effective outreach strategies to capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Become an expert in your market area and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish rapport with potential customers to sell appropriate products and services.
  2. Convert leads from technicians' invoices and sales representatives' proposals into sales.
  3. Conduct outbound calls for all unsold estimates for HVAC & Plumbing departments.
  4. Work closely with the team to set and achieve aggressive sales goals.
  5. Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls, scheduling service, maintenance, and follow-up appointments with competitive urgency.
  6. Collaborate with field personnel and department managers to optimize appointment-setting strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience preferred and proven track record in sales.
  • Service Titan experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
