Healthcare Interface Specialist

Mosaic Partners is seeking a skilled HealthShare Interface Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to InterSystems' HealthShare platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production support tickets using Salesforce and JIRA
- Implement and maintain custom batch file drops from participants into HealthShare
- Assist in problem resolution by creating test messages, scripts, and interface testing documentation
- Set up new productions and configure new interfaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 2-3 years of technology experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience managing production support tickets using systems like Salesforce and JIRA
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Comfort level with Tier 1/2/3 type support tickets
- Experience creating test files and cases to prove or disprove issues
- Ability to address complex problems with planned resolutions
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Possess the ability to think outside the box
- Demonstrate solid communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in HL7, Networking, VPN, SFTP, TCP/IP, SQL, and Verato or other Master Patient Index solutions
This is a hybrid role based in our New York, NY office, with a total compensation package including a base salary up to $85,000 + bonus.
