The Dishware Specialist position is crucial to our overall operations, ensuring that all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Safely operate all equipment and use chemicals correctly to ensure cost control and safety.
• Sort and clean kitchen pots, pans, and utensils to prevent damage and contamination.
• Maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes as needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
