Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Stores, Inc. in Tipton, IA.

Salary

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, with the actual hourly rate equaling or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

You will:

  • Review customer orders and locate merchandise on the salesfloor
  • Select and dispense customer orders quickly and accurately
  • Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude

Additional Compensation

You may also receive additional compensation in the form of premiums, which can range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
