Job Title: Strategic Business Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled CORPORATE PLANNING MANAGER to join our team at A-STAFFING, INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Treasurer's duties in financial reporting and tax filing, as well as manage the Corporate Planning division and Administrating division.
  • Develop a deep understanding of accounting standards, regulatory standards, and general business principles.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing corporate tax returns, communicating with external USCPA, filing monthly, quarterly, and annual state tax filings, making estimated tax payments, and managing bank accounts. Additionally, you will prepare consolidated financial reports every quarter and communicate them to the parent company in Japan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business major.
  • Strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Managerial experience and knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory standards, and general business principles.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
