Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Operations sector, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our IMS Project Scheduler. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

About the Role:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project teams in maintaining planned schedules, utilizing project management tools to identify and track key project milestones, and providing reports to Program and Project Managers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met, and schedules are properly managed.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Main Responsibilities:

* Utilize project management tools to identify and track key project milestones across multiple projects
* Assist multiple project teams in maintaining planned schedules
* Provide reports to Program and Project Managers on project progress and performance
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
* Develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
* An active DOD Secret level security clearance
* Experience utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar
* Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners
* Degree in IT or related field
