Operations Specialist/Truck Driver

CHS Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver/Operations Specialist to join our team in LaMoure, ND. This hybrid role combines driving and operations responsibilities, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products from railcars and trucks.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Monitor and maintain grain quality, mix/load fertilizer/chemical products, and assist in loading trains.
- Operate equipment, including the opportunity to obtain a CDL.
- Deliver products to customer sites, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries in a safe and professional manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service compliance.
- Keep work areas and vehicles clean, orderly, and safe.
- Perform grounds maintenance, warehouse work, and other duties as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
- Meet minimum age requirement.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Maintain or obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business demands.
