Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth through strategic outreach, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through exceptional service and relationship-building skills
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet individual client needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $70,000
  • Uncapped commission structure with projected OTE of $120k-$130k in year 2
