Craft Cocktail Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Avanti Food & Beverage in Vail, CO.

$11.40 hourly + tips (Guaranteed match of at least $20/hour for all shifts)

• Maintain exceptional standards in regards to recipes, garnishes, pours, cleanliness, stocking, batching, organization of storage areas, and fridges.
• Educate and inspire cocktail servers by coaching and assisting with overall beverage knowledge.
• Implement proper training programs and execute them effectively for the barback team.
• Uphold Avanti service standards and represent the company as a good brand ambassador.
• Assist management in handling guest questions, comments, and complaints where appropriate.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the leadership team about any issues or potential issues with staff, bar maintenance, or service protocols.
• Provide feedback on staff levels to management to ensure efficient services based on days of the week and potential events or weather.
• Assist potential bartender candidates during stage and training sessions.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more.

• Prior experience in the bar industry, preferably in a high-volume location.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service with a strong guest-focused mentality.
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
