Home and Community Support Specialist

At Access Services, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

We're seeking highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team as Caregiver Professionals in the Quakertown area. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver Professional, you will provide personalized support and care to adults with developmental disabilities and autism in their own homes or natural family homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing creative support through various tasks, activities, and community engagement to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and adhering to individualized plans of care.
  • Engaging in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve optimal client outcomes.

  • A competitive hourly rate starting at $17/hour, with opportunities for increases based on education and experience.

Requirements:

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Must be listed as a driver on a valid auto insurance policy.
