Network Infrastructure Strategist

At Jetson Specialty Marketing Services, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Strategist to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's network infrastructure.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

As a Network Infrastructure Strategist, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and managing our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network systems. Your expertise will ensure their reliability, security, and optimal performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and recommending network hardware and software upgrades to improve performance, security, and scalability.
• Monitoring network performance and proactively addressing potential issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex network and application-related issues.
• Implementing and enforcing security best practices for applications, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
• Responding to escalated support tickets and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.

We are looking for an individual with

• Proficiency with hardware and server maintenance.
• Proficiency with IT troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone, in writing, and in person.

Bonus points if you have:

• Proficiency with Windows and Apple servers.
• Proficiency with Cisco networks.
