Dishwashing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwashing Specialist to join our team at the Tennessee Titans Stadium. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are washed and stored properly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes and washing them by hand or placing them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washing pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
