Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $19 per hour, starting day one. Our pay-for-performance system rewards hard work, with opportunities to earn up to $29 per hour based on speed and accuracy.

Job Description

As an Order Selector, your primary responsibilities will include operating a double ride-on electric pallet jack to build pallets for the next delivery day. You will be responsible for picking approximately 2,000 cases of beer per night in an extremely physical and fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent Tetris skills, as well as the ability to maintain and operate a ride/walk pallet jack, including frequent mount/dismount.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of previous warehouse experience is also preferred.
• Prior food/beverage or other similar fast-paced order picking experience is highly desirable.
• Voice-pick experience is very valuable in this role.
• You must promote and observe safety and security procedures, use equipment and materials properly, and regularly lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push/pull over 100 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and walking throughout the warehouse are required.
