At the Dept of Family & Protective Svc, we are seeking a skilled Human Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to agency staff and supervisors in delivering human services to families involved in Child Protective Services (CPS) cases.

As a Human Services Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with caseworkers and supervisors to ensure the well-being of clients. Your responsibilities will include providing transportation for clients to and from appointments, observing and supervising parent and child visits, completing necessary forms and documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this position. As a Human Services Coordinator, you will work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing transportation for clients to and from appointments
  • Observing and supervising parent and child visits
  • Completing necessary forms and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of full-time experience in social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, general office, or FPS

Prior experience in a related field is preferred but not required. We are committed to providing training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
