Job DescriptionThis Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist position plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in patient education and support programs

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Maine or New Hampshire
- Have at least one year of experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic life support (BLS) certification
