We are currently offering an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. - Act as a primary nurse responsible for assessing patient health problems and developing individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Monitor and document patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and improve patient outcomes.
