About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer to join our Community Design Team in Tampa, Orlando or Palm Bay office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on improving infrastructure and contribute to the growth of our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide technical support for transportation/roadway design, stormwater, potable water and wastewater, and general municipal civil engineering projects.
  • Responsible for project proposal development, including positioning, approach, preparation and pricing.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are met while delivering high-quality results to clients.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Supervise engineering project review (QA/QC) process and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in design and project/task management, with a Florida Professional Engineer license.
  • Knowledge of local, state and national permitting, as well as CADD, is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, education reimbursement, 401(k), performance bonuses and an employee stock program.
