Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base pay, plus commission, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Additionally, you will receive full benefits on your first shift opening, which includes varied start times between 1-3 am, with Wednesdays and Sundays off.

About the Role:

As a Route Rider, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and proper ongoing rotation of products on store shelves and displays, ensuring the best quality and freshness of products. You will also drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and by using sales data to establish other store-level plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining proper inventory counts.
  2. Drive company route trucks safely and complete DOT (US Department of Transportation) daily log and submit other documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
  3. Build effective customer relationships while ensuring promotions are executed, introducing new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when soliciting new customers.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old or older.
  • You must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • You must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
  • You must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
