Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits

About the Role

This is a Full-Time position requiring Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm shifts. You will work closely with geriatric patients in an assisted living facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each resident's goals and develop personalized plans.
  • Implement thoughtful interventions to enhance residents' physical and cognitive abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care plans and progress.
Requirements

To be successful as a Lead Therapist, you must possess:

  • A valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
