Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Rehoboth Elderly Care and Companionship LLC. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $63,379.00 - $75,197.00 per year.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of field experience in Home Care or MLTC and possess knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining established accounts relationships with health facilities and other entities such as case managers, hospitals, discharge planners, Assist Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Day programs, Medical Offices, senior centers, and Community centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate and enroll Medicaid eligible patients to in-network Managed Long Term Care providers
- Establish and sustain beneficial relationships with Social Adult Day Care programs, caregivers, medical specialists, social workers, discharge planners, and other providers that work with Medicaid Long Term Care patients
- Provide education on Managed Long Term Care features and benefits to consumers, providers, and business partners
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow the company
- Recognize and implement new marketing opportunities
- Home care marketing or business development experience required
- At least 2 years of field experience in Home Care or MLTC
- Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
