Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AAS Healthcare Staffing. This locum tenens opportunity is a great chance for you to work with a multidisciplinary team in a Level IV NICU setting.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Level IV NICU care and neonatal delivery room management. You will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 neonatal patients during a 12-hour shift, providing high-quality care for high-risk deliveries, including newborn resuscitation and stabilization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of neonatal patients during a 12-hour shift
  • Provide high-quality care for high-risk deliveries
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for neonatal patients

Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatology Nurse Practitioner
  • Licensed in the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain licensure)
  • PALS certification required
  • Demonstrated experience in Level IV NICU care and high-risk neonatal delivery management
