We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at Mass General Brigham in Lynn, Massachusetts. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time nursing opportunity that requires 36 hours per week of dedication and commitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients and their families, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The Registered Nurse will manage all aspects of the nursing process, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress. This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients serviced, and have a Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in Massachusetts.
  • Prefer 2+ years Med/Surg experience, Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
