Clinical Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Recovery Specialist to join our team at ServiceNet. In this role, you will work closely with program participants and outreach staff to support individuals on their path to recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Empower Personal Growth: Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans using a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach.
- Coordinate Care: Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
- Provide Clinical Expertise: Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.
- Ensure Progress: Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date.
- Be a Resource in Times of Need: Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $64,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
