Job Description

As a House Supervisor at Samaritan Healthcare, you will play a vital role in managing patient care operations on our 50-bed rural healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to optimize patient care and resource utilization.

You will work closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and make administrative decisions as needed. In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as the Administrator on Duty, providing direction and supervision for all hospital departments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Three to five years of acute care clinical nursing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of case management and utilization review processes
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems and case management software
  • Certification in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS is preferred
