Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting electrical systems, and collaborating with operations personnel to ensure the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment and utilize PLC knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Analyze conditions and provide solutions to production equipment failures
  • Drive innovation and communication by improving plant efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience with a Journeyman's or Electronics/Technical Degree, or 5 years of Industrial Electrical Maintenance without a degree
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
