A successful team member is high-energy, lives our company's culture and values while assisting the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations.

In this job, you will perform daily safety-sensitive duties such as mixing ingredients and using sharp objects as well as operating machines and preparing food for patrons in the restaurant.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 to apply
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift in the restaurant
  • Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash
  • Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and guests
  • Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions

Working Conditions:

  • Work six-to-eight-hour shifts (this may vary)
  • Expect some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours and potential additional opening/closing responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values in all interactions
  • Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift
  • Work in a fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers
