As a Medical Support Professional with Community Care Partners, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care services. Under the guidance of our experienced Providers, you will be responsible for preparing patients for examination, recording vital signs and medical history, and administering treatment as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examination and treatment
Record vital signs and medical history
Administer injections, change dressings, and facilitate wound management under Provider orders
Collect and analyze laboratory specimens, log results, and perform lab call-backs
Document patient care and procedures in electronic medical records
Schedule patients for tests and appointments
Instruct patients and family members on treatment and medication instructions
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:
High school graduate or equivalent is required.

Certificate/License:

Current Certification as a Medical Assistant through a recognized program is preferred.

Current BLS certification is required.

Experience:
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
