Privaira seeks a highly driven Sales Executive, Associate to join its dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding the company's retail and wholesale charter business by fostering relationships with individual prospects and corporate clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to drive sustained and profitable growth while prioritizing the bottom-line. As a Sales Executive, Associate, you will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of high net worth individuals and prominent corporate entities who utilize private aviation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a robust pipeline comprising high net worth individuals and prominent corporate entities who utilize private aviation services.
- Drive sustained and profitable growth, prioritizing the bottom-line at all times.
- Cultivate engagement within South Florida communities through targeted networking endeavors to expand the pool of qualified prospects.
You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Privaira Sales team to achieve this goal. If you are a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional with 3-5 years of experience in Outside Sales in Private Aviation industry, we encourage you to apply.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, plus a dynamic sales commission plan. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching program, flexible spending account, health and dental insurance, life & vision insurance, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong industry relationships, and a strong work ethic. They must be able to travel to prospect and client meetings and establish strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in Outside Sales in Private Aviation industry.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent degree required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to commute/relocate to Boca Raton, FL 33431.
