Senior Sales Manager

Harmony Plus LLC is a leading logistics company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join its team in Doral. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for setting strategic goals, developing relationships with customers, managing the sales budget, motivating team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proven negotiation expertise. They will provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, motivate the team towards achieving all sales objectives, and display a wealth of experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and project plans for staff and budget evaluation, identifying new customers, estimating future sales, and understanding profit and targets.
- Lead and manage the sales department, recruiting, hiring, and educating team members on an ongoing basis. Establish quotas and sales territories while evaluating performance.
- Maintain customer focus by working with the team to assess new customer goals and identify solutions that meet their needs. Handle customer complaints, employee disagreements, and other issues affecting sales operations.
- Administer department management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Three years of direct sales experience required.
Benefits:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid documentation to work in the United States.
Compensation:
$60,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. Monday to Friday schedule.
