Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in obstetric and gynecological care to join our postpartum team. As a Women's Health Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to new mothers and their families. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting optimal health outcomes, supporting patient education, and fostering a culture of safety and compassion within our unit.

About the Role

This is a night shift position, and you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients across the spectrum of childbirth and women's health. You will assume responsibility for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care. Your passion for innovation, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction will drive your success in this role.

Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing: Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Licenses/Certification: RN license required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Experience: One year experience in obstetric and gynecological care preferred.
