Optometrist Opportunity

**Position Overview**

As an Independent Optometrist, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to opt into equipment, instrumentation, administrative, and/or opt-tech support services for a Fair Market Value.

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license. Ophthalmologists (MD or DO) from an accredited school with a valid state ophthalmology license, General Liability Certificate, and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate are also eligible.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, having administrative and/or opt-tech support services experience can be beneficial for this opportunity.
