Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, including inventory levels, cleanliness, and safety. You will also be expected to schedule staff, hire, train, and develop new team members, as well as address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Schedule staff effectively, taking into account their availability and skills.
  • Hire, train, and develop new team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow within the company.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge of Bar Equipment:
  • Familiarity with bar equipment used in the industry.
  • Licenses or Certifications:
  • Possession of relevant licenses or certifications required by law.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar position, preferably in a similar establishment.
