Home Healthcare Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to patients in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities:- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, ensuring timely and effective treatment
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
- Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided in our system of record
- Providing education and training to family members on health promotion and disease management
- A valid, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice
- CPR certification from a reputable organization (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (RN/LPN/LVN)
