Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team, responsible for visiting patients in their homes or offices, collecting specimens, and processing them with a centrifuge that plugs into their vehicle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and process specimens from patients' homes or offices
- Operate a centrifuge to separate blood components
- Drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories
- Communicate effectively with patients and the operations team
- Adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
- Experience processing samples
- Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to drive in the dark and physically access patients' homes
- W2 employment at $21/hr
