As an experienced CRNA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical or medical procedures. Your expertise will be valued in our dynamic team environment, where collaboration and open communication are essential.
About the Job
You will administer anesthetics, monitor patient reactions and vital signs, and submit postoperative reports. In addition, you will participate in pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
+ Evaluating patients to identify apparent difficulties with airway control and ensuring thorough documentation according to policies and standards.
+ Explaining tests, procedures, and disease processes to patients and their families, and documenting that risks are explained to patients.
+ Developing and implementing anesthesia plans, starting IV solutions, and evaluating patient responses.
+ Participating in patient safety-oriented interfaces with post-anesthesia care unit personnel when patients are transferred from the surgery suite.
