Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Aquatic Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading aquatic programs, including fitness classes and swim instruction, for youth, adults, and seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement aquatic programs that promote physical activity and community engagement.
  • Supervise and lead programs, including on-deck demonstrations and in-water demonstrations.
  • Work with community members of all ages to promote aquatic safety and exercise concepts.
  • Collaborate with the aquatics division to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the community.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with community members of all ages.
  • Knowledge of exercise, swimming, and aquatic safety concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
