Job Summary: As a Member Services Representative at PUPS Pet Club, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with purchasing services and merchandise in person, on the computer system, and on the phones. This includes greeting and interacting with customers, consulting with them to understand their needs and preferences, and demonstrating and explaining services and merchandise to ensure they find the perfect solution for their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist customers with purchase decisions, including scheduling reservations for grooming, training, and daycare appointments.
  • Collect payment using the store point of sale system.
  • Maintain regular communication with your supervisor to report problems or safety hazards.
  • Represent PUPS Pet Club in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A love for dogs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Able to safely lift dogs of up to 50 lbs.
