Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist customers with purchase decisions, including scheduling reservations for grooming, training, and daycare appointments.
- Collect payment using the store point of sale system.
- Maintain regular communication with your supervisor to report problems or safety hazards.
- Represent PUPS Pet Club in a professional and positive manner.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Effective communication skills.
- A love for dogs.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Able to safely lift dogs of up to 50 lbs.
