Job Summary

This role supports the Human Resources team with administrative tasks and ensures seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining filing systems, creating office correspondence, distributing mail, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and recording messages. Additionally, this role involves creating new employee personnel files, assisting walk-in candidates, and maintaining a designated space for applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Compensation

">

The starting hourly rate for this position is estimated at $18.375 per hour, increasing to $20.825 per hour after six months, and $24.500 per hour after one year. Benefits may include health care coverage, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and other wellness benefits.
