About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Transformation Engineer to join our team at Verizon. As a Network Transformation Engineer, you will play a critical role in the transformation of our network, ensuring that it remains cutting-edge and meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on network transformation, network outages, service issues, network optimization, and maintenance.
  • Support the rotational needs of a technical environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Evaluate network coverage to identify gaps and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
  • Generate, drive, and update problem-tracking tickets via multiple systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • DOT certification required with CDL preferred.
