Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Executive to lead our managers and line-level staff in a new restaurant project located in the heart of NYC.

About Us:

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent food quality, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • A compassionate leadership style that guides by example
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality and service principles
  • Experience with POS systems, restaurant operations, and scheduling software
