**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the General and Assistant Manager in operating the restaurant
  • Help team members through performance and training initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to keep our customers coming back

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a restaurant environment
