We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the nursing process, providing safe patient care, and demonstrating the values of dignity, compassionate care, community, quality, and stewardship. To qualify for this role, applicants must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, current professional licensure by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau, and BSN preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
* Implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process

* Practicing in accordance with established standards of care, the Nurse Practice Act, Community Healthcare System policies and procedures
