Tow Truck Operator Position

Award-winning AW Towing seeks experienced professionals to fill multiple positions as Tow Truck Operators in the Philadelphia region.

Base Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission.

We require applicants with prior experience operating flatbeds and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tow truck safely and efficiently.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by addressing vehicle-related concerns.
  • Ensure prompt response times and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of job activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating a tow truck, preferably with flatbed capabilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
