Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at the West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff in the correctional environment. This role works under the direction of the contract manager and collaborates with mental health/medical leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team to improve healthcare outcomes for incarcerated patients.

  • Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license required
  • Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification necessary
  • Corrections experience preferred but not essential
  • Able to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and criminal background check

Compensation Package

Our estimated annual salary for this position is $ $95,000-$110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The salary includes a competitive base pay plus a range of additional benefits.
