Job Summary:
This is a job for a skilled Electromechanical Technician - Lead position with a company located in the Booneville, MS area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facility Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) work on all manufacturing equipment.
- Install, program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC's.
- Proactively maintain all plant electrical systems, equipment electronics, motors, drives, and other power transmission systems.
- Direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings and grounds.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent training.
- Three (3) plus years of practical electronics experience.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
