We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our Orthopaedics practice at Wabash General Hospital.
As a key member of our outreach program, you will work collaboratively with our Orthopedic providers to provide access to injury assessments, treatment, and prevention strategies for local and area athletes.

Responsibilities include:
Evaluation, treatment, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries under the direction of WGH sports medicine physician Dr. Karsten Slater.
Home event and practice coverage, with some travel to away events.
Proper and prompt clinical documentation.
Communication liaison between primary care provider or specialist and school administration, athletes, and parents/guardians.
Cognitive baseline testing and preventative program development and implementation.
