Job Overview

This position offers a unique blend of sales, education, and customer relationship-building skills. As a Senior Oncology Account Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, from healthcare providers to key opinion leaders. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive territory and account plans to drive the achievement of desired objectives, as well as maintaining relationships throughout institutions and overcoming obstacles to gain access to difficult-to-see healthcare providers and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Promote Pfizer's product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists
  • Educate the healthcare community about the appropriate use of Pfizer products
  • Call on accounts and organized customers to improve patients' experiences with Pfizer products
  • Develop comprehensive territory and account plans to drive the achievement of desired objectives
  • Maintain relationships throughout institutions
  • Overcome obstacles to gain access to difficult-to-see healthcare providers and customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs and deliver results. Additionally, you'll need to be able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,700 to $217,000. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for an additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
