About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to manage marketing promotions from conception to completion for our assigned business unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong client relationships, and have a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull coupon tracking reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to assemble all necessary promotion specifications and communicate requirements to respective supplier teams.
  • Associate item UPC information to offers based on promotion details and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage timelines and communicate expectations to relevant client contacts, suppliers, and internal personnel.
  • Provide client recommendations for cost and/or time efficiencies and ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Maintain strong metrics and ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizing, time management, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Demonstrate internal leadership and collaborate to deliver projects to clients with agreed-upon scope.
  • Ability to mentor, grow, and work harmoniously as part of a larger team.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Typing skills of at least 55 wpm.
